2 Scoops Ketogenics Iso-Whey Pumpkin Spice Glazed Donut Protein Powder
24 grams coconut flour
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
18 grams Oat Fiber
3 large eggs
1 cup (245 grams) Canned Pumpkin
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1.5 scoops Ketogenics Vanilla Cupcake Iso-Whey Protein Powder
50 grams Light Cream Cheese
200 grams Plain Greek Yogurt
30 grams Erythritol (brand name Swerve)
Preheat ovem to 350 degrees
