Who doesn't want more chocolate? This time it's in cupcake form. Check out this amazing keto friendly recipe
½ Cup Almond Flour
½ Cup of Preferred Granulated Sweetener (we used Monk fruit with Allulose)
¼ Cup Coconut Flour Powder
4 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1 TSP Baking Soda
1/4 TSP Salt
½ Cup Water
3 Large Eggs
1 Scoop (provided), Iso-Whey Protein, Chocolate Cereal Milk Flavor
250g 0% Greek Yogurt (or Two Good vanilla flavor yogurt works nicely here)
½ TSP Cocoa Powder
Water (if needed to thin)
Sweetener of Choice (if using Greek Yogurt)
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prep a muffin tin with silicone or paper baking cups.
In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
Whisk together wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry while stirring.
If too thick add some water, until desired consistency.
Pour into cupcake liners and bake at 350 for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until tops are firm to the touch.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before adding frosting.
Top with frosting and enjoy!
