Using the awesome ridiculous brownies recipe we made these awesome Oreo inspired Whoopie Pies. These wicked delicious big 'ol puffy Oreo pies have only 121 calories each with 16.4gm of protein, 2.3gm fat and only 5.5gms of net carbs.
These are so tasty and keto and macro friendly that it makes me want to sing....
Sung to the tune of Limp Bizkit "Nookie"......
I did it all for the whoopie (pie)
The whoopie (pie)
So you can take that whoopie (pie)
And stick it in your mouth...... :)
36gm Ketogenics, Zero Carb Protein Chocolate Milkshake
22gm Keto Flour Replacement or oat fiber
44gm Coconut flour
1/3 to 1/2 cup (75g) Swerve or Erythritol
3/4 cup (60gm) black cocoa powder (black cocoa is the one that gives the "Oreo" type flavor)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp (10gm) baking powder
1 cup (250ml) diet Coke or other diet soda (or any calorie free carbonated drink)
4 Tbsp (50gm) liquid egg whites
175g 0% Greek Yogurt
25g Ketogenics Unicorn Vanilla Zero Carb Protein
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, add wet ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Mixture will be bubbly.
Add to a well greased Whoopie Pie Baking Pan or Muffin Top Pan
Bake at 375F for about 20-30 minutes.
Cool for at least 30-45 minutes before adding filing between 2 pie sides.
Make sure to grease pan very well or can also put small parchment circles at bottom of each cookie mold to prevent sticking.
To make the filling, whip the yogurt and vanilla protein together and add water to thin to desired texture.
This recipe can easily make more pies if cookies are made smaller/thinner.
